Isaiah 43:18-19 (King James Version)
18 Remember ye not the former things, neither consider the things of old.
19 Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert.

My question as it relates to this scripture is what "New Thing" has God done in your life, someone you know personally or someone you may have heard about that you have no record of it ever being done before?

My next series of questions is does God repeat everything that has been done in the past based on scripture or is He really doing a "New Thing" beyond what we should expect according to the word or what we have been taught to believe is or is not the hand of God.
How do you define a "New Thing." Do you define a new thing as something old being done a new way or could it be defined as something never seen or even heard of before or both.
Should we always expect an explanation for the "New Things" God is doing in our lives and in this world today since our thoughts are not His thoughts and our ways are not His ways.
