"False Humility"

I am really praying for discernment for help on this. It's one of those things that sometimes you SEE (by the Spirit) but at first, you don't know WHAT you are seeing. Could this have been the "root" of Ananias & Sapphira's sin of lying to the Holy Spirit?? Colossians 2:23 Which things have indeed a show in WILL-WORSHIP, and humility, and neglecting the body; not in any honor to the satisfying of the flesh. "Will-worship?? Make a Show.?? Is there something of a "false humility" in some that comes from "self will" rather than God ?? Triva
