2008 - what is the prophetic word for this coming year?

. We're at the start of a new year again, which gives us the chance again to prepare and get ready. There is definitely a change coming and as church we need to transition.
What is God telling you about the coming year 2008 and beyond? Or maybe you have heard the word of the Lord somewhere and want to share; please do.
